Shipping carrier will be determined by destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx and USPS. Orders do not ship or deliver on Sundays or observed holidays.

All in-stock orders received by us before 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day. After 2:00pm EST, orders will be shipped the following business day.

All orders received after 2:00pm EST on Saturday will be shipped Monday.

We are not responsible for lost shipments after USPS/UPS delivers them (per confirmation on tracking numbers) (i.e. postman leaves them on your doorstep).

If you are unhappy with the performance and/or quality of your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly work together to re-fit you. Product must be unworn with original tags or box for a full refund.

For online purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
